Hieromonk Victor (Melehov) was consecrated Bishop for Boston and America Sunday, the first of September, in the Dmitrov church of RTOC near Moscow, Russia. The hierarchs serving were Archbishop Benjamin of the Black Sea and Kuban, Bishop Germogen of Gomel and Bryansk, and Bishop Philaretos of Pallini and Western Europe.
